DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
The design of rotor blades is balanced integration of aerodynamic, structural analysis and dynamics, choice of different type of composite materials, production technology and overall economy.
The design of modern rotor includes choice of blade number, airfoil, chord and twist distribution.
TOOLING
“WING” d.o.o. is specialized in prototype and limited quantity production runs for the start-up initiatives and limited production runs.
We have the complete tool-box for the design and development of molds and tools for both small and large composite wind turbine blades.
MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES
The company has its own manufacturing facility which is located in town Vrsac on the east border of Serbia. The distance from the capitol Belgrade, where company’s headquarters are, is ~80km. The manufacturing facility has 970m2 of floor space divided in three production segments: lamination area, cutting and trimming room, painting and finishing area and assembly area.
